Auroral welcomes all students learning Japanese language in USA to enter the Aurora Speech Contest.

However, the winner of the contest to enter the world speech contest in Japan must be a citizen of the USA or a permanent resident of the USA.

If the winner should not have the following qualifications, we cannot send the contest winner as a USA representative.
The USA representative must;

1. be a citizen of the USA or a permanent resident of the USA.
2. have knowledge and social skills appropriate to be a USA representative.

This includes English proficiency.
